noun

yoga is therapy

Yoga offers many styles of practice to induct healing that many do not know is available to them.  Connecting breathwork with postures and meditative movements is therapeutic.  We focus on Hatha Yoga which branches into Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Flow.  Each style offers a varying rhythm of breathwork and postures.  Time, space and thoughts create the impact experienced by every yogi.  It is a journey through self - a way to exercise tolerances and intolerances as you show up at that specific time - the art of attention.
