Mango Cilantro Smoothie
Serves 2
2 Cups frozen mango chunks
5 bananas, chopped (3 bananas, if frozen)
1 small bunch Cilantro, with stems
3 Cups Raw Coconut Water (or water)
2 TBS Flaxseed (optional)
1 TBS Chia seed (optional)
1 Large Pinch Dulse Flakes (optional)
In high speed blender, blend until smooth
