Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A no-show is considered a cancellation. All cancelled appointments less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a mandatory $50 missed‑appointment fee. If the appointment is rescheduled, the missed-appointment fee is assessed in addition to the original appointment fee. All clients may reschedule a missed appointment. If a refund of a prepaid appointment is requested, the refunded amount will exclude the $50 missed‑appointment fee when that fee has not yet been paid. Established clients may elect to convert their prepaid appointment fee (excluding the missed‑appointment fee) into a bZengi Phytomedicine Credit; this conversion option is not available to new clients.
