Cancellation Policy

At bZengi, we provide a personalized, luxury wellness experience tailored to your unique healing journey. To ensure exceptional care for every guest, please review our booking policy below. Health Information For your safety and comfort, please inform us of any health conditions, medications, injuries, pregnancy, or changes in your wellness history before your appointment. This allows our practitioners to customize your care appropriately. Appointment Reservations Appointments may be scheduled online on our booking page, https://bzengi.net/book-online, or phone at 720-724-4198. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred service, practitioner, and appointment time. A valid credit card may be required to reserve certain services. Arrival We encourage guests to arrive 10 minutes early to enjoy a relaxed check-in experience. All necessary wellness forms must be completed 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time while the full service fee remains applicable. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Please review our Cancellation Policy) We kindly request 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. A Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or a No-Show will result in a $35 cancellation/no-show fee. If appointment has been prepaid, the balance remaining after the cancellation/no-show fee may be applied as a bZengi account credit toward phytomedicines, wellness products, or future services. Credits remain valid for six (6) months from the original payment date and may be used for scheduled or rescheduled appointments. Missed Appointments/Repeated No-Shows Appointments missed without notice are considered no-shows and will be charged $35. As a courtesy to our practitioners and clients, repeated no-shows may affect a client's ability to maintain an active booking relationship with bZengi and may result in the forfeiture of client status and future scheduling privileges. Payment Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other approved payment methods. Our Commitment bZengi is dedicated to maintaining a serene, respectful, and professional environment.
